- Only sells brand new merchandise
- Their auctions start at $0.10.
- Bid Packs available in quantities of 25, 50, 100, 250 and 500; prices range from $18.75 to $375.
- Used bids are non-refundable.
- There is a 30 item win limit per month as well as a 3 item win limit per day; this goes for Bid Packs as well – there is a limit of 3 per day and 30 per month.
- Returned items must be in their original packaging and must not be damaged.
